PP888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or reasonably suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that PP888 determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or third parties.
In the event of Account termination by PP888 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Account Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining real money balances (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting PP888 customer support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their respective outcomes, and remaining real money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the User's registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the PP888 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the applicable governing law.
PP888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of those where PP888 is authorised to operate.
